My husband and I stopped in to look at a car we saw online. We were not looking to purchase but we are narrowing down our search. We worked with Kevin who was very easy to work with. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. His sales manager Eric also spent time working with us to decide what route we were going to take, new vs used. We never felt pressured and we left there with a lot more information. We did not make a purchase that day but when the time comes we will be back.

I recently bought a truck with Ryan Hickman as my salesperson from Apple Ford in Shakopee. Ryan was very professional and worked really hard finding me a truck. My situation was complicated from being out of town a couple times during the process which allowed some trucks to be moved before I was able to get back. I had a pre-purchase inspection for a diesel truck that was for sale by Ride Auto in Burnsville, Minnesota and I’m glad Dominek took care of me in service. Great communication, took his time explaining things to me and was a nice person. Unfortunately Ride Auto in Burnsville tried to take me for a ride and the vehicle needed $6,000 worth of work. Needless to say, I didn’t buy it but Dominek saved me $6,000 in future repairs by being so thorough.
