I really appreciate Apple Ford for helping me out during a difficult period. My previous car just died. They are located right off of 169 in Shakopee. I was able to get a 2016 Ford Focus with very low mileage. It’s like a brand new car that was in my price range. They have quality vehicles and helpful service. I was recommended by a work colleague. They work with you to get the payment you can afford.

Within 48 hours of visiting the dealership and test driving older models they were able to get me a new 2025 model that was fresh off the delivery truck. Lariats were in low inventory at many dealerships but they worked hard to get me one.

I originally planned for only an oil change, but additional service was needed. The price for the additional items was competitive with any store, plus the items were installed for a discount. The advisor kept me apprised of how the service was going and added discounts due to the extra time that it was taking. Overall happy with the services performed.

Bought a jeep here in September of 2022. I didn't want the warranty care package. The finance person pushed and pushed on the issue untill I caved. (I should have stood my ground). Now I've been trying to cancel the warranty package SINCE JULY 2024. With no help from the dealership or the warranty company it's self. Very disappointed that I chose to work with this dealership. Everything went smoothly from setting up a test drive via online to our salesperson Nick Cavallin having the truck waiting inside for us on the freezing day. We’ve purchased before from Nick and it’s been a great easy process-no pressure and stress free. We’ve always been treated good from Apple Ford-whether buying new or an older used truck. Also, the guys in the shop, finance and Tim from parts have always made dealing with Apple pretty easy over the years.
John was so great! As was the manager and the finance guy! My credit approval process took a while, but they were super patient and I could tell really wanted to make sure I was satisfied. I also appreciate that they were not overly trying to upsell me a bunch of stuff. Will certainly be back whenever its time to buy another vehicle!
