My car's problem was trying to find exactly why my car would remain in the "park" position after a "brake light fault " notice would appear on the car's message board. The mechanics were upfront about trying to solve the problem ,which turned out to be quite complicated.They worked hard on the problem,even thoughit wasn't solved initially. They didn't give up on it..!

Mike is a fairly new to the sales department. He’s low key and knows his stuff. I went there to get a new car, BUT I found a truck that had everything I’ve always wanted in a small truck. Santino was my sales rep and was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the platform and met every question or request with an answer. The sales manager also helped me fix an issue I had with a rental car return. I was able to leave the rental at the dealership and drive my vehicle off the lot.

Outstanding experience purchasing a new 2025 Bronco Sport at Apple Ford Shakopee. I traveled all the way from the Black Hills (Rapid City SD) to look at a Bronco Sport that I was unable to purchase at home. I recently bought my brand new 2025 Ford F150 Raptor. Our salesman, Andrew was very professional. The moment we got outta the car he came to help us out. He would update us every 15 mins on how the process is going. I would definitely buy another car here again.
Called to get an oil change and some other work, was told they could get me in but couldn’t guarantee me that price. Then the service advisor got an attitude. Just because I didn’t get the car from them. Its still a ford, and you are contracted with Ford to work on their cars and do recall and repairs. Guess I will take a day off and go to the dealership I purchased it from.

Montrell did a great job, make sure to ask for him if you come in. He represented his said in a fair and reasonable manner. They are firm on price but will have an honest discussion if something is wrong (my vehicle had a broken windshield, etc.) and they took care of things. Montrell also got me a great price on my trade, which was significantly higher than others in the area. Montrell is definitely someone I would buy from again, he respects the customer! This is one of the best dealerships and they have good selection.

Just got a new 2025 F150, and the service that was proved was spectacular!!! Everyone there was super nice, respectful. I traveled 3 and a half hours but not intended for that location. Any warranty work or anything that I needed done on any of my vehicles even a Chevy that I own and a Honda that my wife has is always done professionally and on time. Communication is perfect with him and I’m very satisfied with the work that they do. I even purchased another vehicle from Apple Ford a 2023 F350 .
I had to sell my dad's Ford truck and reached out to a few dealerships to facilitate the process. I was connected with Mick at Apple Ford Shakopee and he was fantastic to work with. I recently purchased a truck from Spencer and had a fantastic experience. Spencer was knowledgable, and the no haggle structure made it easy to work with him to find the best vehicle. The dealership also agreed to fix a few windshield chips after I took possession of the truck, which was much appreciated as well. I'm now a loyal customer.
No pressure as they aren’t paid commission. It was a relaxed atmosphere. They were easy to deal with and got us a good deal on a 2025 ford explorer ST. Would buy another vehicle from them.
