I was shown amazing customer service. Very friendly staff and understanding leadership. Sales overall was very pleasant. But, the reconditioning team might need some work. The truck I bought was street ready mostly, but still needed 1k worth of repairs before fully functional. Aside from that, definitely worth the visit. I recommend CJ, he knows what's up.

My wife got her new 2018 ford explorer from Montrell! He worked his butt off to find her something with her standards and her price range. She has wanted an explorer for years and Montrell made it happen. The staff at apple ford in shakopee was by far the best dealership we have ever gone to.
