We had originally purchased a used vehicle from Ford in early 2024. The vehicle purchased had continued costly repairs and ongoing maintenance, to not fault of Ford. We contacted Apple Ford to see if they would be able to help us get out of that vehicle and into something else. The sales team worked with us to trade in our first purchase, a jeep compass, and got us into a ford explorer. The overall process was simple and efficient.
